My Parking is a new service that Viettel has developed to provide real-time information about the status of parking lots. At the same time, it also allows users to reserve parking spaces in advance and make online payments for parking fees at the desired location.
By adapting the application to suit local preferences, comply with regulations, and enhance user satisfaction, Viettel aims to expand its market reach seamlessly while fostering potential partnerships, solidifying its standing as a premier provider of smart parking services in the region.
